Patients usually with RTA invariably have ear injured especially in two wheeler accident.

After patient being assesed for brain injury and ruled out .Then patient are usually put on operating table with local anesthetia around the ear for debridement and primary repair of the ear.

Here thorough  wound wash given with normal saline and mud sandparticle removed and primary suturing done with 5-0prolene both anterior andposterior defect of auricle .Mastoid dressing done .
