This interesting case has MIDDLE finger pulp intact and skin loss at joint level.
Flexors where acting normally.

PLANNED for flap cover to give contour and retain function of the finger .

Cross finger flap harvested from Ring finger dorsum.
SSG harvested from Arm . Then flap inset given and ssg anchored.

Division planned on 12th day.
