Groin Flap for Raw area Wrist in a child

Its a case of zone 5 injury. Intra Op findings were cut FDP,FDS to Index Finger.
With Median Nerve cut.Since skin cover was not adequate planned for a Groin on Emergency basis to protect the tendon and nerve.

After division of the Flap . PLANNED for delayed repair of tendon and nerves.
