Cervical Tubing is a surgical procedure done to cover defects of ear. When surrounding flaps are out of options in burns patient , due to scarring , lack of blood supply , this flap comes into use and holds good option. Main drawback is its a staged procedure upto 5 or even more .

Neck neutral is marked that is the poserior border of sternomastoid muscle - two ends of the neck.
For example 15cm is the total length , its divided into three parts - 5cm each.
Half of 5cm is the flap width that survives. 2.5cm is the width
