B/L Hand injury

Rt hand there was a injury to joint capsule of mid and index with fracture PPX of the thumb.
Lt hand there was a injury to his ppx fracture of ind.
Both hands where operated simultaneously under local and axillary blocks respectively.
Fracture fixed with k wire on the left and joint capsule repaired on right .
